CompuCredit Holdings Corporation Charitable Designation Program

Under the Charitable Designation Program, shareholders can designate up to three pre-selected charitable organizations to receive a prorated share of the company's year-end charitable contribution, based on shareholders' holdings of CompuCredit Holdings Corporation stock.

Between 2004 and 2007, the company contributed over $42 million through the Program. Recipients included:

•	American National Red Cross

•	The Arthritis Foundation

•	Association for the Help of Retarded Children, Suffolk Chapter

•	Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

•	East Harlem Tutorial Program

•	The Salvation Army

Our employees actively volunteer in the communities in which we serve. The company organizes participation in our offices across the country in programs including: Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity, back to school supply drives, Angel Tree gifts, Thanksgiving canned food drives, United Way drives, numerous charitable Walks and 5k/10Ks, blood drives, Park Pride, and many other activities.
